The mist is a movie made in 2007 directed by Frank Darabont about a mist (well it’s the title duh!)

Now I have mixed feelings about this movie. It was quite S L O W because they are all just stuck in this shop. But there are loads of good things in it so I give it a 5 out of 10. The good parts are where they face the monsters or demons or aliens or what ever the hell they are. It’s a Stephen King adaptation. It’s in a collection of short stories. So it’s a bit like Stand By Me or The Body which I think I’m gonna do a review of but just not as a horror recap. I know it’s by Stephen King and is about a dead body but come on! This isn’t horror.

There was some good gory scenes. One thing is that this isn’t my 20th horror movie I’ve watched I watched it a wee while ago and forgot to do a recap… I’m sorry. This movie didn’t feel as scary as people say it is. And my favourite scene of the movie is the scene where they go in the shed and this alien sort of octopus graps hold of this dude and kills him. It has excellent gore and scared the crap out of me (not really). So that is my favourite kill of the movie. My least favourite kill isn’t bad it’s just epic. A lady starts having cabin fever and gets all angry and starts going all crazy. And then they all get sick of her and she drives everyone crazy so this dude just shoots her. And then the guy next to him whispers thank you. Hilarious but also dark.

On Thursday I will be back with a horror recap and it’s a movie that starts with an F. It will be ‘good it’s a classic’.

ZombieLand was a 2009 comedy horror action movie all in one directed by Ruben Fleischer

This movie was a solid movie. Enjoyable. Sometimes in the movie it felt like they were running out of Ideas like loads of the time its backstories about… Twinkie bars… What? It was funny I loved the kills. Okay usually I count the kills. I can’t count these kills there is like 200! And same with ZombieLand Double Tap ‘the sequal’ we will be talking about on thursday. I thought there was some sick fighting in it. All I can remember is my favourite kill. It is the zombie clown who got shot in the face and got stomped on and it has a funny clown noice at the end when he dies. I don’t really know what to say about this movie… there’s a good scene where the main character mistakes Bill Murey for a zombie and KILLS him!

I give this movie a 7 out of 10.

A good movie and I will watch it again at some point.

I might do some ranking movies. Like all the Chucky movie. I haven’t seen Cult Of Chucky but that’s the only one I haven’t seen so I will just do the other ones. So get ready for some more horror content!

Anyway I really enjoyed this movie. I kind of didn’t want to go to sleep afterwards

and it’s so freakin weird how he cuts himself to scare people. And he runs like a 54 year old man.

And the scene where shes in the bathroom in the bath and freddie’s claw comes is so good. I think this is better than some of the Chucky movies

5 People died in the movie and they all got killed by freddie

the first kill is where Tina has a dream and she has blood all over her and she climbs the walls all by herself and falls on the floor. And the worst kill is the Mum she just sinks inside the bed (Lame!)
I give this movie a 8 and I’m going to watch the rest of the Freddie Krueger series
